Web-based Omics Data Analysis course in Cardiometabolic Diseases (WODA-CMD)

Questions such as: how can I find biomarkers in my omic study?; what pathways are activated in my RNA-seq experiment?;  what is the best way to represent our results?; how to analyze my Single Cell Transcriptomics data?;  are becoming more frequent as the use of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies increases in the laboratory. 

WODA-CMD has been designed to provide researchers the skills and web tools to address these questions and many other ones related, in the simplest and most direct way. 

The whole course is composed of hands-on sessions that focus on the analysis of omics data (Proteomics, Transcriptomics, Metabolomics, Genomics, Single Cell...). We will introduce a wide range of web-tools to analyze these kinds of data. Most of the datasets will come from studies of cardiovascular diseases and especially to atherosclerosis.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own data for analysis.
